Hangzhou Chunjiang Valve Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhejiang Tonglu Valve Factory) is located at No. 369 Baoxin Road, Tonglu Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province, the most beautiful county in China. The company was founded in 1972. For nearly half a century, we have been committed to professional valve product research and development, design, and manufacturing. We have obtained national special equipment manufacturing license, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 management system certification, emergency management department fire product certification, US CUPC product certification, and EU CE certification.

The company occupies an area of 120 acres, has a production capacity of 8,000 tons per year, and more than 3,500 product varieties. It can provide users with relatively complete fluid medium control products and services. The company's valve products have been exported to Germany, the United States, Britain and other countries for a long time, providing valve products for multiple subway projects.

We have a quality management team with a sound and experienced quality management system. Adhering to the management philosophy of "product quality is manufactured", it has established 11 quality control systems for design, technology, materials, welding, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, measurement, physical and chemical, inspection, equipment, and pressure test, focusing on customers. Promote a "zero defect" culture and continuously improve to meet customer requirements.

The company occupies an area of 120 acres, with a production capacity of 8,000 tons per year, and more than 3,500 product varieties. It is equipped with several special production lines such as butterfly valves, gate valves, and copper valves. It is equipped with 2 large processing centers, several small processing centers, and 2 valves. The production coating line has a large-scale valve parameter computer (CAT) data acquisition center, which can provide users with relatively complete fluid medium control products and services.

We have 22 invention patents, 80 utility models, 5 appearance patents, participated in the drafting (revision) of more than 30 national and industry standards, and many products have passed TS special equipment, provincial new product certification, CE EU certification and other certification tests. It also invested in the establishment of a 600-square-meter R&D and testing laboratory equipped with R&D and testing equipment such as a three-coordinate measuring instrument, a hyperspectrometer, and a precision optical projector.
